Transcom Worldwide now has its first $5-million Contact Center in Colombia slated to generate jobs and spur on urban renewal with the construction of its Valle del Cauca headquarters.
Transcom is a global customer experience specialist, providing customer care, sales, technical support and credit management services through our extensive network of contact centers and work-at-home agents. Its new center of operations in Cali, Colombia is yet another step in its Spanish-speaking expansion plans.
Transcom’s initial start-up will have 525 positions designed to bolster the company’s operational value in the region by improving and broadening Spanish-speaking service for Colombian, Spanish and Latin American markets, not to mention Nearshore services in both English and Spanish for North American market clientele.

TWW Colombia’s direct foreign investment project was supported throughout 2013 by Invest Pacific’s consulting services with its main headquarters in Spain and on-the-ground mentoring during visits to Cali by company representatives.
TWW Colombia is betting on development in the Valle del Cauca region and around the nation with its 2013-2014 $5-million investment, which generated over 500 direct jobs in the first trimester slated to reach 1,500 by the end of the year.
