The first part of the Invest Pacific tour on the Pacific Alliance ends
The first part of the national promotional tour with the participation of Invest Pacific reaches an end with great opportunities for Valle del Cauca. Perú was the first visited country out of the countries from the Pacific Alliance, which main purpose is to promote development and improve competitiveness.
After spending two days in Lima and several business meetings with 15 Peruvian companies, several investment opportunities were arranged for the region. Invest Pacific also participated in the investment opportunities seminar organized by Procolombia with the support of the Colombian embassy in Perú that had the attendance of 40 business men. This space was fundamental to introduce important investment opportunities in Valle del Cauca, and also the outstanding potential the region has for international investment.
During those meetings relevant projects from Valle del Cauca were presented related to the agroindustry sector with products like hass avocado, pineapple, lulo, bananas; candies; milling, white protein among others. It is expected for the region to receive investors from these industries for what is left of the year, in order to show what has been presented so far in this tour.
Starting tomorrow April 19th promotion activities in the region will continue with Chile. A country where Valle del Cauca’s value proposal will be introduced with high expectations for investment opportunities.
